Specialists in keyless entry systems
Castell Access Control specifies, supplies, installs and supports keyless entry for hotels, serviced apartments, commercial buildings and yachts. We work from the door hardware up to the software your front desk uses every morning.
What we install
A property rarely needs one product. It needs a lock that suits the door, a credential guests understand, a system the duty manager can run at three in the morning, and somebody local who answers the phone. That is the whole job, and we take all of it.

Guests arrive with the key already on the phone. Front desk keeps full control, and the audit trail stays intact whether the door opens by phone or by card.
Vingcard Mobile Access · Visionline
Staff doors, back of house, plant rooms and offices on readers that take a card, a fob, a QR code, a phone or a fingerprint. One directory, one set of rules.
Suprema BioStation · BioEntry · XPass
Guest safes sized for a laptop, sized for a camera bag, or sized for the front desk. Audit trail on every opening, and a management override that actually works.
Elsafe Infinity II · Sentinel II · Zenith
Physical keys still exist. Cabinets that release only the right key to the right person, log every removal, and tell you at handover who still has what.
Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher Touch · KeyBank
Visitor networks that hold up when the whole floor checks in at once. Bandwidth management, guest onboarding and PMS billing that reconciles.
Nomadix gateways · managed Wi-Fi
Rooms that power down when the guest leaves and are comfortable again before they are back through the door. The saving shows up on the bill within a season.
Enkoa energy savers · occupancy sensors
Cylinders, master key suites and door hardware to Spanish and Gibraltar building standards, on the same key plan as the electronic side.
TESA cylinders · master key suites
Our suppliers
We hold the relationships so you do not have to. Each of these is a specialist in one part of the building, and the value we add is making them behave as a single system on your site.
Hotel locking and mobile access
Vingcard, part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, invented the hotel keycard lock and still sets the reference for it. We specify, supply, install and commission the full range, including the Visionline system behind it and the Elsafe safes that sit in the same room.
Biometric and RFID access control
Where a guest lock is not the right answer, Suprema is. Fingerprint and face readers, QR and mobile credentials, and a platform that runs on premise or in the cloud depending on how your IT team wants to live.
Guest networking
Nomadix, also part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, has been running visitor based networks for over twenty five years. Gateways, bandwidth management, guest onboarding and property wide managed Wi-Fi, integrated with the PMS you already run.
Morse WatchmansKey control and asset lockers
Morse Watchmans invented key control and still builds the most serious cabinets on the market. Vehicle keys, plant room keys, master suites and small valuables, each released only to the person entitled to it, each movement logged.
TESAMechanical and wireless locking
TESA is the ASSA ABLOY house brand in Spain, which matters more than it sounds. Cylinders, master key systems, door hardware and wireless access control designed around the doors you will actually find in Andalucía and Gibraltar.
EnkoaGuest room energy management
Enkoa, acquired by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, builds RFID energy savers, occupancy sensors and guest room management that cut consumption without the guest ever noticing. On a Mediterranean cooling load, that is the fastest payback on this page.
Where we work
A hotel wants the check in to be effortless. A block of apartments wants to stop cutting keys. An office wants an audit trail. A yacht wants hardware that survives salt air. The specification changes every time.
Guest room locks, mobile keys, safes, energy management and guest Wi-Fi, commissioned against your PMS.
Self check in without a key handover, remote access for cleaning and maintenance, and no lock changes between tenancies.
Offices, casinos, airports and public buildings. Biometrics, credential management, key control and a defensible audit trail.
Cabin and crew access built for a marine environment, specified around the vessel rather than around a hotel corridor.

How a project runs
Most access control problems are specification problems that nobody caught early enough. We measure the doors before we quote them.
We walk the property, measure door thickness, backset and prep, and record what is already installed. No guesses on a schedule.
A written schedule, door by door, with finishes, handles, cylinders and credentials. Priced as separate options where a real choice exists.
Ordered direct from the manufacturers, shipped to site, and checked in against the schedule before anybody picks up a drill.
Fitted and commissioned by our own engineers, with the system live, the staff trained and the front desk confident before we leave.
One number, in your time zone. Spares held, firmware kept current, and an engineer who has already seen your property.
Coverage
Gibraltar is a small place to run a business from and an excellent place to run a region from. Most of the Costa del Sol is inside a ninety minute drive, and we are on site the same week rather than the same month.
Product library
Manufacturer product sheets and brochures, opened in the page. Take the PDF with you if you want it, but you should not have to hand over your details to find out how thick a lock is.
Contact
Door count, what is on the doors now, and roughly when you want it working. That is enough for us to come back with something useful.
